Refund and cancellation policy
At seesmile Dental Studio, we value your time and aim to provide attentive care to every patient. To help us do that for everyone, please review our cancellation, no-show, refund, and payment-plan policies below.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee, which helps cover the reserved time.
Missed appointments
If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice, a no-show fee of $100 may apply. We understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out if you are unable to attend, and we will do our best to reschedule without a charge where possible.
Refunds
Refunds for completed treatments are not available. If you have a concern about your care, we are glad to discuss adjustments or solutions within 7 days of your appointment. If you have prepaid for an upcoming appointment and need to cancel, you can receive a refund provided we receive at least 48 hours' notice.
Payment plans
If you are on a payment plan and need to make a change, please let us know at least 7 days before your next payment due date.
